Puestos a ser una princesa..... me pido ser Leia

Por muchas razones.
1 - es un modelo de mujer fuerte y valiente: Nada de llorar y esperar que te saquen las castañas del fuego.
2 - me encantan sus modelitos, los que elige ella, no el que le impone Jabba el Hutt
3 - viaja por el espacio y tiene un blaster
4 - es la hermana de un Jedi.... y la fuerza es fuerte en su familia

y luego está
5 - Han Solo....

por todas estas razones y alguna que me olvido, tener que hacer un tocado de los moños de Leia en el Episodio 4, no ha sido ninguna tortura.

La verdad es que ha sido muy divertido.
Están hechos con un I-cord hecho con agujas del 8. Después de mirar unas cuantas fotos de Leia les di forma y aproveché el hilo de las puntas para fijarla.
Y para acabar las cosí a la diadema con hilo de coser.
Fin.

Y la destinataria está estupenda, genial, maravillosa, guapísima y espacial, como podéis ver.
Que ya de partida sea reguapa, ayuda bastante. :)

If I were to become a princess... dibs on Leia.
For so many reasons.

1 - she's a role model. A strong and brave woman: no crying and waiting at the castle for prince Charming.

2 - I love her outfits, the ones she chooses, not the one Jabba the Hutt mades her wear.

3 - she travels through space and has a blaster

4 - her brother is a Jedi... and the Force is strong in her family

and then, there's

5 - Han Solo....

for all these reasons and some more, to have to make a Leia's Episode 4 hairdo fascinator, hasn't been a torture.

In fact I've had a blast.

The buns are made with i-cord knit with 8 mm needles. After looking at some Leia's pictures I shaped them and sewn them in shape with the CO and BO yarn.

And I used some sewing thread to attach them to the headband.

The end.

And, as you can see, the recipient looks wonderful, amazing, absolutely pretty and spatial.

Of course, being cute as a button helps. :)
